vandalism along Grams Road and Hawsdown

Friday night 11th September 3 young men vandalised cars smashing wing mirrors and running jumping along roofs of stationary cars in
Grams road around 12.30 at night they also attempted to break into my garage.

I saw the 3 young men after being woken up by a lot of noise. It was only the next morning that i realised that they had attempted to
break into my garage.

I have been informed by the police investing the matter that a lot of complaints had been recieved they have done a lot of damage to private
property.

I know what the young men look like as i saw them under a street lamp my only regret is that i did not ring the police immediately.

I believe that they are youths on holidays from university due to the sporadic nature of the attacks. If anyone wants any information

In fact since talking to other residents there was a lot more damage done than supposed the vandals broke several car mirrors and they were walking on the roofs of cars. The also did a lot of damage to a car belonging to an elderly person. And were throwing stones at windows.
